The Roadster^TM uses the reliable and powerful air-cooled 1,200cc Evolution V-Twin engine to delivering mountains of low end torque and high revving horsepower.

• 1200cc Air-Cooled Evolution^® V-Twin: The Revolution^® engine family uses fuel injection and lightweight alloy heads and cylinders to maintain reliable performance. Paired with a five-speed transmission, this engine delivers all the acceleration you’ll ever want on two wheels.
• 1200cc Air-Cooled Evolution^® V-Twin Heritage: The Evolution^® engine, otherwise known as the Blockhead, had been cranking out plenty of power since 1984. Why mess with a legend when it’s been providing reliable service for decades?

The Roadster^TM might be the newest bike in the Harley-Davidson^® lineup, but it’s still sporting iconic Harley-Davidson^® styling.

• Blacked-Out Styling: There’s plenty of black on the Roadster. The mirrors, belt guard, oval air cleaner, and headlamp are all blacked out for that dark custom look.
• New Paint and Graphics: The paint and graphics on the new Roadster^TM are both completely modern and distinctly classic.
• Slammed Handlebars and New Gauge: The aggressive stance offered by these slammed handlebars puts you in a powerful cruising position, and you’ve also got your speedo and tach right up top so you always have the info you need.
• New Light-Weight Offset Split 5-Spoke Wheels: The Roadster^TM comes rolling out of the factory on new light-weight, offset split 5-spoke wheels that spin up faster to provide a better power to weight ratio.
• New Two-Up Seat and Rear Tail Section: The unique two-up seat on the Roadster^TM has a distinctly custom low-profile look, while the rear end is kept sleek and minimal with a chopped fender and side-mounted license plate.
• Chrome Exhaust Shields with Blacked-Out Muffler Shields: The Roadster^TM features classic 2-into-2 tapered blunt cut mufflers with classy chrome pipes and unique slotted black matte mufflers.
• Side-Mount License Plate: We’ve pushed the license plate off to the side so it doesn’t mess up the clean lines of your rear fender or get in the way of any lighting.
• Air Box with Finned Timer Cover: The air box on the Roadster^TM is a classic oval, a nod to the heritage of the Sportster^® motorcycle.

• New Two-Up Seat: The new two-up seat on the Roadster™ motorcycle combines comfort and custom style to help keep you confidently in control on the road. It’s also low at 30.9 inches, so it’s easy to get on and off.
• Premium Emulsion-Type Shocks with Pre-Load: The premium emulsion-type rear shocks on the Roadster^TM are brand new, and the screw style adjustment makes it easy to dial in the level of firmness or softness that suits your riding style.

The Roadster^TM offers many of the latest high tech features from Harley-Davidson^®.

• H-D^TM Smart Security System (Optional): If you plan to park your bike on the street, you can be confident it’ll be there when you get back. Opt for the factory installed H-D^® security system which automatically activates the system when you leave your bike.
• Anti-Lock Brakes (Optional): For more confident stopping power, you can upgrade to antilock brakes, allowing you to kiss wheel lockup goodbye.
• Dual Disc Front Brakes with Floating Rotors: Our dual disc front brakes with floating rotors give you the stopping power you need to slow down in a hurry.
